I created a tribute to Sean at www.LincolnRecovery.org. Please review it and let me know if I made any mistakes. Did he really meet John Lennon? Did he get to jam with him? Love,

My understanding is that John Lennon came to a bar just down the street from the Dakota where John & Yoko lived (and where he was shot in front of). I don't believe they ever jammed together. I believe that John just came in and watched Sean play a couple of times... I'm not even sure they actually met.

I know that Sean was playing keyboards and singing at this bar where John Lennon came.

LincolnRecovery:

Cool. Ok if I put that tid bit on the website too?

I bet John Lennon was a fan too !

I did not know Sean really well, but I came to watch both of you at the Purple Moon. Good times and bad times going on in my life at that time, but of course I remember you two fondly. Your songs touched me. Especially yours, Laurie.!

Thanks!

Sure it's okay to put that on the site. I believe Sean jammed with Muddy Waters once when Sean was a teenager.

Everyone who heard Sean was a fan I believe.

LincolnRecovery:  Yes…yes they were.
