John Henry Voss, 68, of Lincoln, passed away May 25, 2014. Born August 2, 1945 in Omaha, Nebraska to Harold and Rozanne (Purdham) Voss. Graduate of Nebraska Wesleyan University. Ret. 2012 after 24 years as Quality Claims Auditor for Ameritas. Member of First-Plymouth Congregational Church, served as a Stephen Minister of the church, and Team Mates. Friend of Bill W's for over 24 years. Heart transplant recipient 1989.

Family members include his wife, Ann; daughter, Krista, son-in-law Carlos; grandsons, Alejandro and Gabriel; son, Patrick; sister, Laura; brother-in-law, Roger; sister-in-law, Sharon; brothers-in-law, Doug and John; aunt, uncles, nieces and cousins. Preceded in death by parents; sister-in-law, Patricia. 

Memorial Service: 1:30 p.m. Thursday (5-29-14) First-Plymouth Congregational Church, 2000 'D' Street with Rev. Dr. Jim Keck and Father Paul Rutten officiating. Inurnment in First-Plymouth Columbarium.
