Jack
(Earl) Schnebel, Jr. 69, Lincoln, died unexpectedly Wednesday (9/26/07) of an aortic aneurysm. Born, Norfolk, NE (4/14/1938) to Earl
and Catherin (Compton) Schnebel, Sr. Graduate of Stanton Public Schools (1957) and Norfolk Community
College. Enlisted in U.S.
Navy serving in Vietnam. Jack became a plumbing contractor and was certified as a Master
Plumber and was retired at his death. During his life, Jack was a foster parent, an avid golfer, a recent boat captain and
a long time friend of Bill W. He was a lifelong learner and a current student at Doane College, Lincoln Campus, scheduled to graduate in December, 2007. Survived
by: his best friend Gina Dunning; family and friends. Preceded in death by: his parents; son, Jack. Celebration of Life:
7:00 p.m. Tuesday (10/2/07), Roper & Sons, 4300 'O' St. Memorials in lieu of flowers to the Stanton County Historical
